so i have shooting pains (it's more like a linear ache) from my upper left arm down to my palm.
It's like I hit my funny bone but all over my arm. tensing the muscle seems to help but stretching it does nothing.

I think i'm going to try and cut back on coffee. I've been drinking way too much of it during the week and then on the weekend I end up getting these horrendous headaches.

Dwarven voices? I'm definatly outta the loop on this one. I wish that I could get together with my family like that. My family is insane. Me and my father are the sanest (spelling?).
I figure if we set something up sooner than later we can reserve a weekend with her and not have to pay to rent the place.
I can look into group rates on lift tickets and i have a place locally that rents skis and snowboards and boots for a good price.
