ouch uhg *creak* I hate stretchy kicking nights. my legs feel like they are gona fall off. I should probably stretch more... like a lot more. I used to be able to do a split (this would be maybe 4 years ago or so), now I get about a foot or so off the ground Bleh.

I got a kick over my head tonight, it was pretty sweet.
