Tonight we made gyoza(yeah we made them completely from scratch) and edamame. with mango shakes, and pickled ginger and kimchee on the side.
we've been eating like that all week. saturday had a trip to the asian supermarket in south philly, and well we have been eating good since.

See once i'm healed I can knit til i'm blue in the face, I'm just stupid because I keep doing stupid things like lifting extremely heavy boxes at work with that arm then yelping really loudly. I can be such a dingbat at times!
