You just can't win in the DMV area. You can live in NoVA, like me, and have lower income and state taxes, but a horrendously expensive vehicle tax and other assorted taxes. You can live in DC, which has a high income tax, is mad expensive, but no vehicle tax...or finally, you can live in Maryland, with no vehicle tax and probably a lower cost of living the DC or NOVA, but a high income tax, especially if you are making six figures or more. Argh!
So the heat refuses to go away...I realize it's still August and thus still summer, but for several days this week it's supposed to get back up to 90F (32C). Just die already, summer! As it says in my profile, I really hate being hot, because it makes me sweaty as hell (I sweat easily). And the only time I like sweating is during exercise...
