Oh man, a whole long weekend with no pr0n?! That sucks. That was actually pretty funny last time I went to stay with my family. I wanted to meet up with dear, sweet yumchen and had to check my profile for some information or other. How to quickly, subtly and discreetly look at porn sites at Mommy's house, what a challenge. wink

I had no idea the elves had to abide by international tarriffs and such. It's a wonder any kids ever find anything under their trees! surreal

Does that mean you're gonna get me a pony?!?!? biggrin biggrin biggrin

today is house cleaning day... and since today is house cleaning day, there shall be music played loudly and mops danced with and poor, unsuspecting neighbors viewing the chaos through my windows...

tomorrow is bite-your-tongue-while-the-relatives-talk day... and i don't think i need to say more about that.

so what do you listen to when cleaning?

moi: nina simone, the clash, mission of burma, gold chains,...

bobby darin - beyond the sea.... miao!!
alyssum:
I pretty much listen to the radio when I clean, largely the 80s station because that tends to be very perky. wink That's such a great picture, wow! biggrin

Actually, I've never even heard of that movie, but I'll have to check it out! So many good movies I must see...

Oh mmm, I love that smell. Especially the hints of snow thing.

so, what traits/behaviors did you inherit from your family?
alyssum:
So many! My mom's hips, my dad's butt... my dad's intellectual curiosity and shyness more than anything behavior-wise.

so i found my samurai stikfa passed out on my desk this morning... apparently the duties of defending my computer against the onslaught of the world's evils was too much and he drank one of those sample bottles of knob creek all by himself.

i'm proud of the little bugger - that's a lot of bourbon in one night for something that's barely 3 inches...

I've been eating _really_ well here, but I haven't had a sourdough bowl with clam chowder here yet. Is that a touristy thing?
bombshellbetty:
I'm finding myself more interested in the latex parties than the clam chowder. biggrin Although I have been eating quite well. Gotta stop that, I'm gaining a bit of poundage. Only in the right places of course. wink

Serenity now!!!! Is that anything like zen pride? biggrin

Wow, you're very tao today. So am I. In doing nothing, all is done. In saying nothing, all is said.

alyssum:
That does sound pretty funny! Comparing him to Hunter S. Thompson, that's pretty compelling.

My mom used to feed me carob, saying it was healthy. Not only is it not, it tastes like wet cardboard! tongue

the fingernail moon is making eyes at me through the slits of the blinds... if it weren't for the clouds and below-freezing temperature (nevermind it being 6:20am), i'd be out there taking picutres...

maybe next time. i should go back to bed and see if i can catch those sweet, sweet dreams i was having...

but, a quick question... do you ever wake up from...

Dreams are only a consequence of your brain processing memories, analogous to your computer's RAM memory paging to hard disk, so even if it seems completely off the wall, it likely does have a great deal of relation to reality. Only weirder.

g-rated, yeah right. you can't fool me, tjaden. we all know what you're up to...
bombshellbetty:
Portishead. Yes. I find one of those disks every once in a while too and remember how good they were.
