So I have worked out everyday for over a week now. Sadly I haven't gotten to the losing weight part yet, still gaining I think, but that's ok. I'm ok with that. It won't be long now.

The working out is pretty easy, I really llike the Wii Fit and am having a lot of fun with it. The eating good thing on the other hand is really giving me a hard time. I try really hard to make better choices and work on portion controll but I really really love food. I love eating food. I love eating till I burst.

I also hate water. I'm trying like hell to make it my only option as much as possible with the hopes that one day I will like it and crave it over any other option. I'm not really a pop drinker and when I do drink pop it's always diet 7up. It's the caffiene free tea that gets me. I could drink a gallon of tea a day if I let myself.

I guess once I start seeing some positive progress I'll feel better about this whole process...
