So for dinner at the "facility dining hall" I scoffed at the normal fare and found the "specialty" line to be rather racist. Underneath a banner proclaiming "Black History Month" tonights "special" dinner was as follows; BBQ pork spare ribs, Southern Fried Chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and last but not least, corn bread.
