Anyone wanna come over and hit me on the head with a mallet?
I need sleep, desperately. I'm starting to see gremlins from the corner of my eyes.
I mean, there are more effective ways to get me to sleep, but niceties seem to be a bit of a rarity these days, so I'll take the violent option.
I hope I'm rested for the weekend. I've got a photo/film gig and it will involve travel, plus I want to attend some events when I get back.

well in that case a mallet is your best option. I'm still trying to kick the self-medicating to sleep but those herbal sleeping/insomnia pills can work well
and no horrible side effects.

When I can't sleep I imagine myself figure skating. Slow and graceful, round and round the rink - give it a go.
