Its cooled down
I can finally think straight
I can complete a thought in my head
For the last few weeks the only thing that Ive thought about is air conditioning
Right now all I can think about is going home and taking a nap
I havent been sleeping enough
Id like to be able to sleep through the night
No car alarms
No phone calls
No stifling heat because I forgot to turn on the AC
No one waking me up
No mice jumping in and out of my garbage pail
All of this goes on while Im trying to sleep
So I wake up constantly
And then Im cranky all day
Im almost as cranky as when I dont have my juice
But the weekend is here
And that will give me the chance to get a decent amount of sleep
At least it should, in theory
But it never does
