-Eastern Europe trip is coming along great. Bought my Eurail pass two weeks ago. My dad keeps saying, "Make sure to check the "No Travel" list before you go." I'm like what the hell is that to begin with...... Then I think to myself, those are the places I secretly wanna go.

I've never heard of a "No Travel" list either. Is it places that might be really cool to visit, but too hazardous for tourists? Or is it just a list of places that suck so bad they're not worth your time?
