I play'd Tubbs as a kid. My friend Matt and I play'd. I kicked him in hte arm, and broke the SOB! I was a badd Ass Tubbs! Granted Mann took a "movie" approach to this. The TV show was innovative/cutting edge. I thought so. Noir to beat all hell!!!! If you ever get a chance to check out the old show, look at all the shadows and the angles of the camera. Great use of lighting. Kinda got my early "juices" flowing as a lighting guy. Don Johnson was tuff as hell. Philip Michael Thomas was my balck hero.
note: didn't really enjoy the Chris Cornell (wheater it was AudioSlave or Soundgarden or himself).
