If you wanna hang in Westchester there are tons of joints. I never went out drinkin underage in NYC so I wouldn't know. I been meaning to ask you, what brought you to NY? I'm guessing school but hey, I'm usually wrong. smile As far as the punk not being dead thing....... I have no more money for Cd's. I need to disprove this theory I have. But I cant buy any damn music. Life is getting too damn expensive. mad

Its a lame/funny one, but restaurants - they almost never card (so it seems, I weeeee bit older than ya!) -- I always see the high school kids drinking at chinese & japanese restaurants -- its not the hippest place, per se, but it works!
