so today was okay.
day went past REALLY quickly.

i'm building our new database, and the business administration suite to go with it. it's called alan.

i've been importing all our old sale data into the new dbase, it's horrific, how did the company cope pre-aaron? everyone repeat after me, standardization of data is GOOD.

anyway, each month was taking me about a day to import. add onto that the fact that every second day i sat around doing nothing.

today i got sick of it and wrote an excel macro to do most of the work for me.

so now that the datas all up, i can finish off alan and go live! great stuff.

i have more to say, but my bath is ready.
