so i just got back from doing my exam.

i'm not too sure why i was worried.

i'll explain how the marking works.

grades 1 - 10 are passes, 1 being the best.

grades 11 - 16 are fails, 16 being the worst fail you can get, if you actually handed in a signed bit of work.

grade 17 awarded to cheaters, grade 18 is awarded to people who dont turn up.

to pass the class, i had to get a grade 13 in the exam.

which means i had to get 3 marks more than a blank sheet of paper with my name on.

in one and a half hours i wrote 8 pages. those 8 pages have to get me 3 marks. that's 0.375 marks per page.

woo.

i'm sitting at work now, been chatting to gordon all day, he's out new admin guy, not admin in the cool 80s unix guru fashion, admin as in administration, as in he looks after our records, sorts out affiliates, and works in the mail room. he's pretty cool, i like him.

going to kendo in about 45 minutes. need to get a bus, and it's BOILING. i'm seriously hot.

it better not be hot in the dojo or i'll die.
