My mustang does not approve this weather.

well, it's been almost a year since my computer died. i've got money saved for a new one and should be back online once i return from virgina in a few weeks. the past year has been a roller coaster but i think i've turned the corner and will have some smoother sailing for a while.

computer broke.
am now a hitch-hiker on the internet.

sarah palin scares the beejezus out of me.

also, the country is about to go fully socialist.
just need health care to be nationalized.
then all the homes, banks, insurers, schools, and medical providers will be operated by the government.

good thing i have enough beer in the fridge to settle me down.
i guess i should also start watching the mind destroying sitcom crap...

i have had a little bitch of a summer head cold all week.
the past few times i have been sick the symptoms have not been enough to put me down but the damn cold just drags on.
at least the weather has been cool.

went out saturday to the victor continental show.
had fun and wound up going to an after party, didn't get home till 4.
was going to sleep it off but woke up at 10 and couldn't get back to sleep....

summer is filling up with all kinds of craziness.
trips, parties, shows, bike rides and family stuff.
july is already hectic and august is more so.
just wish it wasn't so muggy, the thick air always gets to me.
every summer i notice it more, just makes going outside for anything less fun.

so i'm broke till tomorrow and getting psyched about going to san pedro.
i'll be gone for two weeks courtesy of the army.
i'm actually looking forward to it.
gives me a chance to get away from the daily grind and deal with some different problems.
and being on the marina for lodging doesn't hurt either.
