Ok, so I haven't been very active on here lately. Sorry!
I have had some problems with my back and I have been finding it hard to walk, sit down and stand up so spent most of my time curled up in my bed. I have always had back problems(tall girl problems) but it has neven been this bad. It has been like this since Saturday and although it isnt as bad, it is still bad enough that I am struggling to sit down and stand up. The only way it isn't sore is if I keep my back straight or arched back slightly. I have tried stretching it out but it is just too painful. Anybody know what could help? I have been to the doctors and theg just gave me paracetmol which doesn't even work. Tried ibuprofen gel which is supposed to help muscle pain and that didn't help either. Its my lower back, usually its the top.
Anyway, I am currently arranging a couple of shoots depending on how my back is and also trying to teach my boyfriend how to use a camera(he can be pretty useless when it comes to stuff like that) so when he has the hang of it I am gunna get him to help me shoot another set. I attempted to go out with my camera on Saturday but only lasted 15 minutes before I went back home cause my back pain was that bad. Hopefully when its better I will get out again and hopefully will get a couple of my mates to help me out.
I will try and be more active on here from now on.
