So I just got of the hospital this afternoon, after taking myself there on Friday. I was Diagnosed with a severe Urinary Tract Infection. The Kidney pain from that was bad enough, but my veins are notoriously difficult to stick. As a result, they had to draw blood 3 times, and find an I.V. 3 times. Then, they had to change my I.V. after the original one started leaking, which resulted in 2 more missed veins on the way to replacing the I.V. successfully. -_- FmL Happy to be home now, tho!

I know the pain of UTI's all too well. I also know what it's like having difficult veins. I passed out once when a nurse was trying to take blood from me. She bruised me so bad I looked like a junkie and had to wear long sleeves at work.

Damn!! That's crazy :o I've gotten light-headed before but never passed out tho
