i'm at a point where i'm really frustrated with my job. i have a boss who hardly ever comes in to the office, and when he does he wants to know how things have been going the whole time he's been gone. he spends, at the most, 3 hours out of an 8 hour day actually at work. we really have no direction with the projects he wants. we'll do the work and he'll tell us 15 ways how it could be better. he procrastinates, has swiss cheese for brains, and can't even do basic tasks with a computer. i feel like i'm working in an office from the 1970's. and he's so far behind that he thinks he's ahead.
