Well, wednesday is the boy's birthday, so I'm making him banana bread (no nuts). I'm going to go to the store here in a bit to pick up these said bananas. I think it's better to make him a present on the grounds that 1) he didn't give me one 2) what's the point? it's like a "good job for living this long gift" 3) I am, in fact, very poor. I think that vinyl hot pants will be gift enough when that time comes. Ah, well. Until then.
