Why does EVERY goddamn credit card company send me all of this stuff about "You are pre approved for your very own [ Insert credit card name here ] . " THEY know as well as I do that they're not REALLY going to be foolish enough to give me a credit card . I'm never going to be able to pay all of that money that you gave me back , you silly bastards . With a little research they would no doubt find that my credit rating is languishing in the" hell of the upside down sinner " ( Tell me where I got THAT from and you win a cookie

Credit cards are the biggest scam in the world . They give them to you and promise you untold riches can be yours . THEN whenever you get the bill for that 40 foot luxury yacht that you purchased , you're like "HA!!!! I'll just use my magic piece of plastic to pay my bill for my yacht that I bought with my magic piece of plastic . " BUT NO!!!!! Somehow you wind up owing MORE when you do that !!!! I declare shenanigans on you fuckers!!! SHENANIGANS , I SAY!!!! Here's something else that I find disturbing about these credit card companys . Well , one company in particular . I got a thingy in the mail today from Aspire Visa ( Take note . If you get this same thingy destroy it post haste ) . Their big thing was to put in large impressive looking letters " NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED " . Awsome , huh ? Then you read a little further and it says , in small print , A first payment in the ammount of $20 is needed to activate your card account . Hey Aspire Visa....what is it that you call that thing when you need to send in money before you get something ? Hmmmm...it's on the tip of my tongue . Oh yeah...IT'S A DEPOSIT!!!! Aspire Visa , shame on you . You deceitful little credit hooligans . I place a pox on you and your lackeys . That's right bitches . You been POX'D !!!!! Don't try taking that name from me either , Ashton Kutcher , or I'll POX your ass too .
P.S. I'm watching the 1958 classic THE BLOB ( With Steve McQueen ) . Absolute BEST movie about an amorphous man-eating glob of space snot EVER !!!!!
Edited to say... Go see "Batman Begins" as soon as you can . I was sceptical at first , but after the kind of boring first half hour or so that movie is right up there with Burton's original masterpiece . Everyone turned in a noteworthy performance ( Yeah , even Katie Holmes..even though her role was lame as hell ) . See it just for Christian Bale ( Bruce Wayne / Batman ) , Michael Caine ( Alfred ) , and Gary Oldman ( Jim Gordon ) ....not to mention the ALWAYS awsome Liam Neeson ( Ducard ) . Their performances were perfection . Comic book nerds and non-nerds alike will LOVE this movie!!!!
