Movie of the moment - Bubba Ho Tep . Bruce "The Mutha Fuckin' Man" Cambell as Elvis " The King Of Mutha' Fuckin' Rock N Roll" !!!! How can this NOT be great ? Plus you've got a elderly black man who thinks he's ex president Kennedy , a sarcastic nurse who lubes the King's crankshaft , and an evil mummy that sucks the souls out of people's buttholes . I will warn you though . This movie is a LOT less goofy humor and horror than either Bruce's Evil Dead movies or director Don Coscarelli's Phantasm movies . This movie is actually kind of sentimental . If Mr. Campbell had played this role in any other movie he probably would have become a critically acclaimed performer for his portrayal of an old and regretful former rock n roll hero . Go see it anyway . If for no other reason than to hear Bruce Campbell say " NOBODY fucks with the King , baby . "
Video of the moment - Faster Pussycat . Kill , Kill - Russ Meyer gives us the Citizen Kane of 60's exploitation/fetish B-Movies . You can't NOT watch it . It's like a trainwreck full of busty ladies and fast cars . Plus , Tura Satana may very well have been the ORIGINAL Suicide Girl . A hot , badass , suervixen with a penchant for beating the holy hell out of everybody around her . If that isn't enough...while watching this movie , you'll find out where 90% of all of the sound clips from EVERY White Zombie song came from .

Forgotten TinfoilHalo NY story of the moment - My boss , who's a fifty plus year old man and kind of a clueless , nerdy , guy and myself stop at a video store that advertises "All Kinds Of Videos" in NY . He says " Hey , let's go in here . There's a movie that I want to look for " . I'm more than a little uncomfortable about the whole browsing porn with the boss idea , so I'm like " Are you sure? " . He says yes and goes inside . Now once inside , it's obvious that my boss has NO idea that the place is a porno store . Now it almost seems like a GOOD idea to go in ( For entertainment value alone ) . He doesn't even see what's around him as he makes a b line to the movies . I just stand back and wait for the fun to begin . All of a sudden he gets this confused look on his face and walks over to me and says in a hushed voice " I think this is a sex store " I just give him this shocked look and go " No way . What tipped you off , the giant vibrator selection in the cabinet up front , or the poster for DOMINATRIX : RELOADED on the wall ? " . Golly , you just gotta know WHERE to find the fun in this big old world . A good place to start is a porn shop .
