I am introducing a new segment in TinfoilHalo's Journal O' Doom . Here's the idea behind it...You ALWAYS hear about these "Unsung Heroes" . You know , people who do heroic things and take little or no credit for it . You NEVER hear of "Unsung Villains" . It's just as hard to do evil things in this big crazy world as it is to do heroic things . So why don't bad guys get their due ? Well...NOW THEY DO . I am hereby introducing "LEGENDS OF DESTRUCTION" !!!!!! This is to give every thug , henchman , lackey , and goon their day in the sun . Today IS a good day to be a bad guy .
For our first inductee in the villain hall of fame I have nominated Al Leong ( A.K.A. Scary Chinese Bad Guy ) .
If you grew up in the 80's or have ever even seen an action / adventure movie that was made in the 80's you'll recognize Al Leong . He electrocuted the shit out of Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon , he kicked the shit out of Brandon Lee in Rapid Fire , and in a moment that should have earned him an Oscar he stole a Snickers bar from a candy stand before blasting a S.W.A.T. team into bits in Die Hard . Yes , Al has certainly done some evil things . I can honestly say that were I to put together a crack team of mercenaries to take down any highly fortified establishment Al would undoubtedly be my first choice . In fact , in my ongoing quest to dominate the world I have enlisted the aid of Al Leong to train and discipline my private army . The only stipulation that I made was , "Teach them not to die " . Yeah , Al's a badass of the highest caliber , BUT...he ALWAYS dies . Thus proving that no matter how evil and seemingly indestructible you are , you will always die by the end of the movie . Sad . Here's to you Al . Your badassity will now be remembered...ALWAYS .
Thus concludes my first installment of LEGENDS OF DESTRUCTION . I hope that you all enjoyed it . To end with a helpful "G.I. Joe " type moral...Sometimes life can be hard . Sometimes talking about your problems just doesn't solve them . When these situations arise , high velocity / armor piercing rounds and heavy explosives are a perfectly fine solution . Remember kids...if you KILL your problems , they can never trouble you again .
