It's funny how my company works. I've just got back to work last month and now I'm on vacation. i'm off for another two and a half weeks and quite frankly, I'm bored out of my tree! I was having so much fun working and now I have to wait until the end of the month to go back. Boo! I guess I shouldn't really be complaining seeing as all of my friends are crazy jealous. Does anyone have any fun ideas for what I should do during my time off?

Since I have all of this spare time, I've been spending more time in the kitchen which is a first for me. I'm a terrible cook and I'm working really hard to rectify the situation. I made some kale chips a few days ago and they turned out quite nice. Tomorrow, I'm planning on making some potato leek soup. Anyone have any tips?

Last night, I went out for my friends' birthday. We ended up going to this posh club (NOT MY SCENE!) so I tried to dress up. Actually, I just wore what I normally do (jeans and a wife beater) with a pair of heels. I ended up falling (after some douche canoe shoved me...and then got thrown out for it! HA! Karma's a bitch eh?), it didn't hurt too badly at the time but today, I have a sprained ankle, knee and finger! YEAH!!! I always seem to get hurt somehow. I think I should start walking around in a bubble suit...maybe then I could make it one day without a bruise, scratch, sprain, twist, break.... Although knowing me, I'm sure I could still manage to hurt myself while encased in a bubble suit.

Anyhow, back to last night. My friend T had everyone over for drinks and appies at his flat. Let me tell you 20+ people crammed into a tiny bachelors suite made for a tight fit! We all managed to eat and drink and have a good time without spilling wine on T's walls! Then it was off to the club. I'm more of a pub sort of person. I just find most clubs are filled with pretentious idiots. This club was no exception. Oh well, it was T's birthday so I wasn't going to complain. Lets just say that the majority of the girls were wearing dresses with less fabric than most of my underwear (and I don't wear granny panties!) and the entire time I was there, I didn't see a single person with a single tattoo! Oh well, I drank, and partied and surprised the fuck out of myself when I could dance confidently in a pair of 5 inch heels! Gold star for me!

today, I'm sitting in my pajamas nursing a hangover and my three sprains and am vowing to never drink again! I mean it this time.
