The other day while driving, I come to a stop at a red light (Pender and Main) when this woman wanders into the middle of the intersection. She comes to a dead stop and starts applying her makeup, although she was doing the meth dance and consequently ended up applying her lipstick to her eyebrows. The light changed, cars were swerving around her, laying on their horns and giving her the finger, while she refused to budge. Meanwhile my light switched back to red and I still had yet to move.
I stayed at the intersection until she had finally moved onto the safety of the sidewalk. I didn't even mind waiting for her. I was entertained beyond belief. I drive for a living, so I end up seeing more shit than the average joe. It's come to the point where I've come to expect the unexpected. Guys stripping on the bus...eh, no big deal. I don't even watch t.v. anymore, I get my kicks from driving the streets of Vancouver.
Woo hoo! I love Vancouver!

Its scarier when you're in the same situation, but sitting on a scooter.
