So I had seen on television that people who do cardio type of workouts end up looking younger all the way down to the cellular level. That is pretty interesting to me. Good thing I will occasionally go for a run with my puppy.

Anyways I am procrastinating on doing my homework by listening to a podcast of a lecture for a class that I am not even in or is even taught at the school I attend. It is a class a Berkley. Kinda weird that I am procrastinating homework with other school work that I am not getting credit for.

I am beginning to think I have too much time on my hands.
