New York is treating me well. I've been able to meet up with a lot of my friends. My friend Katy came down from Sara Lawrence to hang out with me on Sunday. Monica and I just shot a set together on Sunday which was fun. Afterward we hung out at one of my favorite little vegan restaurants - Teany on the lower east side then me and my buddy Kelly and Katy went to the Girls Room - this newer dyke bar here and then we saw my friend Leslie's band - Boyskout. I'm going out to see one of my best friends from high school tonight - who now lives here and is singing at a jazz club called xes lounge. I've been working everyday and going to conneticut almost every day for work. I made out x mas cards that I'm sending to my family and letting them all know that Heather is coming home with me for x mas. I want to have the do whatever spazzing out that is going to happen ..happening before I leave for Ohio. Thursday I'm going to try to go to a gallery or two after work. I wanna try to see my friend Jameson while I'm up here. My emails regarding Femina Potens are overwhelming me. Work is overwhelming . I miss my Gauge. Femina Potens got the fiscal sponsorship with QCC we were trying to get. I hope to get some grants in there this year.
