I'm in the mood for Thanksgiving Tofurkey and mashed potatoes. I'm excited that Tofurkey day is coming soon. I like the idea of being with friends and food and wine and it getting all chilly outside. I sent in some more submissions to publishers. I sent a new piece into Other Magazine and some older pieces into some feminist quarterlies. The painting of the house is done. At least for a while now. And I ordered a rug for the living room and a slipcover for the couch and I've been hanging art that makes everything look so much better. I'm looking forward to seeing my family at Christmas. I haven't seen my Dad in over a year and I haven't seen my brother and mom since x mas. My goal for my novel is to have everything all finished up by May and then send it off to publishers in June. I'm looking at Manic D Press for hopes of getting it published through them.
