Ahhhhh! Ladyfest is quickly approaching and I'm writing grants like a mad woman so that I can get the gallery funded for this next year. Also I'm looking for a new roomie for my place and someone to sublet my room when I'm in Olympia Aug 2-12 for Homoagogo with my baby. I'm going to Portland for a couple days after that and then at the end of the month Aug 21-28th - I'll be back in NYC. While I'm doing all this travelling I have a couple grants to write. My kitty - Pippolotti aka Tiny Dancer - is doing well and she keeps nursing on my boy cat Kinsella. I'm painting the house and it looking sooo much better. Heather will be going with the private hospital and I'm going to try to have her call today to make arrangements. GenderEnders - www.genderenders.com - was awesome last night. Gotta head off to work.

It's confusing. I've looked at it again, and I can't figure out if the text on Schneemann's site is her commentary or the text she actually read. Other people's prose descriptions of the original performance mention details that aren't in the text that's on her site, but none of them every quote her directly. Either way, I think the intent is more important than a verbatim reproduction.
