I just saw Magnetic Fields tonight. I would say it was one of the top ten shows I've been to in my life. It was amazing the band was so funny and adorable and talented and brilliant. Did I mentioned I had a fabulous time? I had to buy a ticket from a scalper for $50 which I never pay that much for a show, but I decided to treat myself. Andrew Bird was absolutely amazing as well. He opened for MF. I miss my baby daw. I'm going to try to make my way to the Whitney tomorrow for their biennial and meander about Chelsea and go to one of the bars tomorrow nite that Bridget told me about.

i think the new album is great, people seem to be dissing it for some reason, but i think it's just because it's too easy to compare to 69 love songs, which is sort of pointless...
