My heart hangs so heavy like a rock on my ankles it's pulling me lower. I carry in my pocket a burden great though many carry more. I see the paradox through which I live my life and it causes me great pain. A culture that I cannot control and a life that I lose to such. I must find a way to take back the life that is mine even if it means bowing out from this race.
