Debating with myself about responding further to this job offer. A new job would be scary. I can pretty much do whatever I want where I'm at now. I'd have to play it staight (appearance wise), I hate that.
Pros- maybe more money, bigger company, more experience in my favorite aspect of the job, less responsibilty, more vacation, transfer to another state possibilities
