Having a wee break from drawings, i have quite a few shows I'm trying to get in to in the coming months so practice is vital. i'm keeping one eye on my portfolio too, the course I'm on has been awesome so far in the sheer amount and style of the work I'm doing. i loosely want to do a Chrsitmas show using a lot of ink drawings over my paintings, great fun. Forgot how much drawing meant to me to be honest....simple pleasures.

Tomorrow I am in london again, got a trip to the national gallery and meeting lecturer up there. First essay of the year on the renaissance period or pretty much anything prior to 1750. Already loosely picking works from the Remrandt room...possibly the caravaggios too....or or or...yeah!! like that!!

I have bought a coat! finally!! an eagle eyed shopping buddy spotted a lurking beaut and clocking in at 50 has fitted the bill quite nicely.

I shall be returning to Paris in January now too, 5 coach loads of art students....hahahahahahahahaha!! what could go wrong!!

Been feeling quite restless of late, think its too much work and too little play. I know it's necessary but i'm itching for random frolics again and alcohol!! god how i miss the alcohol!!!hehe!! Got the uni meeting in canterbury on tuesday - have 99% decided that I will stick to that course if I feel the uni is up to scratch. much as I love london he family concerns I have mean it is almost stupid the extra pressure i would be putting on myself. If the Ba is Canterbury then the Ma shall be central london.

Dinner is wainting now.....so bubbye!!
