Wellllllll!!
I've given myself the night off so have time to update various things and write some nonsense. good good.
Things are ok at the minute, feels like things are changing and moving forwards. It's amazing how easy it is to get bogged down - even when you think you're not!!
i'm painting constantly and I will take some new photos and update again over the weekend, would like some feedback somewhere as well. I've decided to create a PDF catalogue of my work to send to galleries and shows to try and get some more exhibtion space. I'm working on a set of still lives at the moment which makes a change for me. i'd like to have a coherent series of paintings that i could rent a display space for and try to start selling to allow me to buy more canvasses!
I'm off to rome in a few days which is going to be great, hoping the weather holds out there as its glorious sunshine all the way baby!! Gelato and old things to poke, wicked!
I've been promoted at work, Nothing exciting still but hell it's more money and harder work which I needed - can't keep falling asleep at my desk. my older bro and i are looking in to properties to buy as an office/studio for us instead of each renting somewhere, problem is the cost in this part of the world. Links to London and Europe are good...until you try and buy property here!!
Otherwise I'm feeling the need for some change. New People, new places and new things. my diet needs a little attention too as there is too much coffee involved, I love my herbal teas and I'm trying to stick to these. Stop drinking coke etc too, that stuff is bad m'kay!!
I went to the races at Epsom on ladies day and had a fantastic time, gambling is sooooo much fun - who knew, and why didn't they tell me!! Can't say I did too well but hell, me like!!
It's my birthday on monday, and obviously my twins too!! I'll be getting him from his place to bring him down to see the family. He's handicapped and living in a place in dover on the coast for anyone who's interested. He gets stupidly excited or birthdays and gifts etc so it should be fantastic.
