Oh, it was rigged, the US and England should have had the WCs. Simple as. Also the only two 100% bids.

Instead, it's going to a place that has massive racism and hooligan problems, which we have had a taste at in this European Championship, and in a place too hot to hold games.....? What?

Enjoy Oxford. Always wanted to visit since I love the Inspector Morse show. Haven't watched Lewis yet though.
