It has taken a bit of time, and it may sound overambitious and cheesy af, but I would like to practice Compassion > Criticism. I feel like working on this and being less critical of myself and others will be a great help in my overall happiness.
Considering it has taken me 5 days to come up with this, maybe I should create a list and add working on my decisiveness haha,
Lets not forget the gym... Gotta get the abs back...
