Had a great day yesterday. Helped a friend with a tasting for a new restaurant I'm getting involved with. Really great food. Any one familliar with the dish Oysters Diamond Jim Brady? I'm considering doing my own rendition of this classical dish. Any thoughts or expierence with this dish greatly appreciated.
