Spent Saturday evening at Lucky 13. Apperently a Suicide Girl party was thrown. Didn't recongnize any members. Did anyone attend? If you were there drop me a line. Any way it was still a great time. Did anyone try the brownies circulating around? They were good! LATER

Doing demolition and clean up in a new restaurant I'm getting involved in. It sure beats the pressure of working in a fast paced kitchen but it is back breaking! Looking forward to cooking some amazing food.

Started lifting weights again this past Saturday. Pulled a muscle in my back - really over did it. Atleast I have an excuse to lay around and do nothing without feeling guilty.

Had a great day yesterday. Helped a friend with a tasting for a new restaurant I'm getting involved with. Really great food. Any one familliar with the dish Oysters Diamond Jim Brady? I'm considering doing my own rendition of this classical dish. Any thoughts or expierence with this dish greatly appreciated.

Finally got my profile up. Gonna start working on pictures this week. Its like a full time job, lucky I'm on sabatical. Must pay rent, bills and go food shopping. Easier said then done.
