Leaving for London on Wednesday to watch the Chargers play the saints in Wembley Stadium on Sunday then gonna head over to Amsterdam and chill out for a couple of days or more, I got a good puppy sitter !!

I cant believe I turned 40 !!!! I guess its time for a midlife crises !!!Oh well I guess I will always act like a kid.
Vegas was fun we drank and danced the nights away it only took me 5 days to recover from the weekend (thus the getting old part) Im thankful that my friends and family were there to celibrate the weekend,...

it is so hard being on a diet it seems like every other commercial is about food and every time you meet your friends at a bar you just got munch ! Oh well I guess its a hard goal but I will loose the weight !!
