ok, its d day
im taking my family to see fahrenheit 9/11. my mom has said she refuses to vote for kerry b/c he floundered on a question in a q&a session once. i really hope that this will open their eyes, especially my mom. i want her to finally realize that this is a critical time to make decisions based on the facts and the possibilities for the future. i dont want her to vote like she did last time; not voting for gore because she didnt like his stance on abortion. thats all, she loved him otherwise, but that was the reason she voted for bush, cuz he is pro life.
if she sees the movie, gets all her facts straight and has a well informed, reasonable opinion and still chooses to vote for bush, then im ok with that. ill just have to hog tie her and not let her out of the house on election day.
and btw, vote NO on questions 1 & 2 this tuesday for all of you in the kc area. new arenas & banning gay marriages will help destroy this city!!!!!!
