When I first saw a pic of it on face book i seriouly thought it was the new Yoga pose for centering yourself or some Thi Chi move god I feel old .. Im so glad I worked this before trying it out on some oject to center myself or expalin it to someone .. I think some people i know should plank in the middle of the freeway ..
Is this a worldwide thing or just dumb thing an aussie came up with ??
