okay so i'm quiting smoking now or never i can give up drugs, food, the drink ,meat but thi9s smoking thing is so bloody wish me the best of luck this was wat my last smoked looked like

I think the hardest part about not smoking is being around people who smoke. Try to surround yourself with supportive people.
