im going to bed im gonna sort everything out tomorrow...but first heres a picture of my new tattooo...awh!!! isnt he cute...




he means inner peace and serenity...and symbolises a new start...(which will be explained tomorrow....fear not hallowed readers!!!)

for a weight gain tip... instead of putting milk on your cerial, try warm lard. and instead of cerial, use maltesers... maybe with training you can be as pot bellied as me
