Ha...today has been stupid...heres how it went... (its substantial but bear with me)
Got to bed at like 6 this morning (i've got some sort of insomnia right now where is cant stop thinking about absolutlely random things ugh, i feel like im wired constantly) only to get woken up by o2 at 9 telling me that my bill is currently unpaid (the shit thing was i had to borrow some money to make sure that it was there), so i got my hungover arse out of bed and headed out to the uni banks. Got there then remembered that last night one of my cards got cancelled so i didnt actually know if i had any money in the account! luckily however i did have money in it; it turns out however that my card was cancelled because it was broken and another has been sent to my home branch. 300 MILES AWAY. This wouldnt be a problem because im going home for christmas...BUT NOT UNTIL CHRISTMAS EVE!!! ON SATURDAY!!! so by the time i get home it'll be shut...so yeah anyway i was at the uni banks, the bank im at also only has ATM machines, no counter services so i have to go into town and use my passport (which luckily i was awake enough to bring) to get any money out, so went next door to find out how much my bill was out by...6 PENCE! 6 PENCE?!?!?!!? i was like..."are you joking?"...the creases in her face didnt shift so i concluded that she was not...not only 6 pence out but also because the debit bounced i got a 15 quid charge!!! Theres more! Hang on... i went to town, queued for 20 minutes to get 25 quid out of one account (in which i now have 43pence left) to put into the other to pay my bill, i pay the money in, awesome, then i need to cancel my standing order for my rent (cos my loan doesnt come til january 9th, this lateness is costing my 50), the dude at the enquiries desk tells me to use this computer thing to save time..."dude cant i just speak to someone? i need to check some stuff aswell" i say...."no...its much quicker on the machines you see" he replies. I wander over, casually stick my card in, and not only cancel my rent standing order but also accidently cancelled my direct debit for my phone...Im purple with rage at this point, so i leave and decide to call a friend that owes me 30 (i have 1.46 in my pocket to last me til saturday) only to find that my phone has just been cut off!!! and they put me through to the bill guys, at the cost of 50p per minute!!!! what the fucking fuck!!! so yeah, my last resort to make this day at least useful was to get the old credit card out; im already right near my limit, i purchase 60 of christmas presents luckily, but if i get any interest on that im screwed because it'l take me over my limit (another 50 charge)...
...then i went home and downloaded ren and stimpy and rocko's modern life cartoons....
today i love alec empire and ATR, more Dark Techno Rock please!!!
Also im gonna put some pictures up tonight i think...
My house mates and i are playing risk and im going to watch them drink jimmy...
Only 5 sleeps to go until flat screen monitor and xbox day!
