A gordita is sort of like a fajita. In fact, I think Taco Bell may have fabricated the word "Gordita." Anywho, its just chicken cut into strips and sauteed in some sort of gordita sauce (it comes with the little kit), then served in rolled up flatbread with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and hot sauce.

Great. Now I'm hungry. wink
