aw your reply in phunkys blog...I didn't think I could run until I was "forced" to by my trainer. I hated it I would only do short sprint and then walk. They got longer and longer. I haven't ran since my last trainer but yeah it is easier to do it outside although then people can see...so yeah just want to say after a little bit of trying and training you could be a runner. But I do wish they made body sports bras
