here's a new little update...
mostly weight loss related, but also some bonus footage there at the end... .lol.



here are the stats:

this week -4.8lbs
WW Total: -13.4
GRAND TOTAL: -47lbs

and here's some pics of Sam and the puppy from over the weekend, cause they're both so cute!:









Lupe is literally twice the size he was when i saw him 2 weeks ago, he weighs 12lbs now. it's crazy! but he's still just as handsome.

ah I love your vlogs more than anything on the computer, and I am so serious. you are doing it the right way and you dont give up and its just really damn inspiring when I want to, to see you keep goin and winning smile what do you concentrate on? like counting calories? what do you do for exercise?
