How's it going everybody? Man, my legs are dying. I did legs today at the gym, I must be a masochist. A good run on the tredmill yesterday, lifting today, rest tomorrow, long run Saturday. I'm gonna get back into shape!

hehehe... I've managed to miss the world cup pretty much so far... only cos I've been in Canada for the last three weeks... otherwise it would have been in my face 24/7 back in the UK.

Hi! Yes, school is keeping me VERY busy. I have two papers to write every week and one is a group project so it takes a lot of time. I only have 2.5 weeks left in the class though.... after that I am graduated!!!
I haven't been to a show since the last time HorrorPops came to town. I am going to see Authority Zero this coming Thursday at State though. They put on a really really good show. I can't wait!! It'll be my third time seeing them in two years. In about a month Rancid is coming to two and I'll be at that one too.
