Beir!! Beerfest at Old Hyde Park was good. Only thing we didn't care for was that we didn't know ANYBODY there (well, except the guy selling the wristbands was the same guy I volunteered with at the Red Cross). But lots of decent beer, nothing too spectacular though. I miss German beer. very hearty, lots of taste, not American beer which is watered down. Oh well. I also got a big stogie from one of the booths that was selling cigars for $5. Wasn't worth it, kinda a cheap tasting cigar. Egh.

I'm at home instead of work cause my stomach hates me. But I got a lot done, got lots cleaned and getting the pictures hung on the wall and it's starting to look nice here. Hopefully I'll still have my lovely roommate after Dec.

Her immigation lawyer didn't file her paperwork on time. She had turned in her application on time and the guy was just fucking forgetful. God dammit. So now hopefully she can get a work visa through some contract her employer has with USF, Lord I hope. It's fucking rediculous though, she paid the guy $2500 so he can fuck it all up. Grrr

Sorry, anyway, I'm out, making Gator in a lemon sauce with couscous tonight. Should be interesting, just trying it to say we've had it. I'm gonna go work out and try and rid myself of an overexpanded midsection.
