Hey, another long break between posts. I'm making a habit of it. Things are going well. I'm not too thrilled about my job at the moment and possibly looking at applying to be a teacher with the school district. I dunno, we'll see.
Disney Marathon was ok. Actually worst race I've ever had, way too humid and way too packed. 30 runners /sq ft. or something like it. THey had some narrow ass maintanence roads as part of the course...are you kidding me, with 13,000 runners?? Lord...why I never want to be a race director.
I might have to see Cloverfield tonight or tomorrow. Anybody interested? The Tampa Rugby Krewe also have a match down in St Pete. I'm definately gonna have to check it out. I'm thinking I'll go back out to Rugby practice once I'm all recouped. I might run the Gasparilla half-marathon or maybe just the 15k. We'll see how I feel, I'll probably even try to get a run in today. I think 4 days is enough rest time.
Not much else going on. New Buffy Sea. 8 kicks ass (in comic book form). If you're at all a Buffy fan check 'em out. That and Amory Wars (from Claudio from Coheed and Cambria) are pretty good. I've also become a fan of the new Terminator Series. Mostly because I'm a fan of Summer Glau, but the other cast isn't bad. I'm looking forward to see how they do it. A few things I dislike, but I'll save them til after the season is over to gripe.
