Well Necronomicon was fun. Con people are always funny. Had some good panels, not as many good guests as last year...
Ever had a $100 pizza before? I had last night...it sucked...let me 'splain.
No, there is too much, let me sum up. Patience and I decided that after a long day at the con we didn't feel like cooking so I ordered a pizza online, via Papa Johns.com. Well, I decided to "pickup" instead of "delivery" just to save a bit of cash. So we drive down the road to the little pickup place, about 4 blocks away. And I get into the wrong turn lane, so I end up in a bank parking lot, I turn around, but there's a median in the road so I have to do a U-ey. Well, there are no U-eys allowed at that intersection...and I was too busy making the turn to read the sign. But apparently a cop was not too busy to notice... So I end up hit with a $120 ticket...for an illegal U-Turn...thus was my $100 pizza. Well, in reality it was $140. I'm gonna take the stupid class thing so I wont get the points and it'll reduce the fee. Stupid Temple Terrace Police.
And to top it all off I got ill from the pizza and will be missing work today...grrr...not a good start to the week.
